I purchased this item as a gift for my son, but when it came I could smell the cologne from my mailbox. When I opened the package, the silver top wasn't ******* down tightly and it had leaked. I contacted Customer Service and asked if a replacement could be given and I was immediately contacted and told a replacement would be shipped. It's not often that a problem is handled so quickly and professionally. I will order from this company again if my son wishes any additional colognes. Thank you so much.
