We're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, and for hygienic reasons, the tamper-proof seal must be unbroken, and the product must be in its original condition, including all of its original packaging.
Before you make a return, please note:
- Shipping fees (the amount you originally paid) are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost we incurred for shipping and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

International shipping may take 5-10 business days.
