We ship with both the US Postal Service and FedEx giving you a few different choices depending on your budget and delivery timeline requirement.
We offer $5 Flat Rate USA shipping on all orders and free USA shipping on overs over $55 USD. We also offer additional shipping options you can choose at checkout.
We do ship world-wide but please note there are restrictions on shipping badger hair brushes and flammable products such as aftershave and colognes overseas. International customers are responsible for any duties and customs associated with their order.
Orders placed with standard shipping option before 1PM EST will typically ship out the next business day. Orders placed with Priority Express Mail or FedEx International Priority will ship the same day if received by 1:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday. If you need a product urgently, please drop us a message, or reach out via chat or phone.
All of our shipments are trackable and insured, regardless of what shipping option you’ve chosen. After your order ships, you will get an email with tracking number. You can also log into your account and find your tracking number.
Once the carrier scans and accepts the shipment, we have no control over the delivery. Therefore, we are not responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, and lost or stolen parcels.
However, if you would like to replace a lost parcel, please contact us. If the items are still available, we can reship you a duplicate order with a 50% discount for the lost items.
Please note, due to COVID-19, carriers have suspended their SLAs and delivery may take more time than normal. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your understanding is appreciated but if you have a question or concern about your order, please reach out.
