This strop is modular since it is assembled with solid brass Chicago screws that allow for easy disassembly to replace worn leather or canvas pieces. Leather strops are available in 2.5 inch or 3.0 inch widths and are matched with 100% cotton-linen canvas strop for removing moisture post shave.

First Strop, but its been great! 2.5 inches has been easy to use. I had thought that I should have started with a 3 inch, but I have no regrets. Great quality, the mount is great as you can use the clip or the clip with its own ring mount. I secured it using the included ring and clip to one of the metal arms in my closet that hold up the clothes rack.
