Dovo straight razors are a family-owned business, founded in Solingen in the beginning of the 20th century and has been producing straight razors since a time when no one even knew what the word "disposable" meant.

And although technology may have chugged along since then at a mind-boggling pace, many of us (we certainly do!) still appreciate and rejoice in the reassuring simplicity of objects that are too simple and well-crafted to ever fail.

Straight razors embody this spirit of simplicity. And although they take some patience and skill to learn to use, once mastered they elevate the process of shaving from a task to a form of art and source of satisfaction.
