There is a $10 processing fee for all returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued at $75 or more, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking or insurance.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process typically takes a few days. If there are delays, please check with your credit card company and bank. If issues persist, feel free to contact us.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase, regardless of whether the item was marked as a gift. If you would like a replacement, please email us at help@grownmanshave.com with a photo showing the defect or damage first.
