Much better brush than the one beforehand. It's holds the lather and rinsed clean.
I'm getting perfect close shaves without any cuts every time. The blade angle is much better than my previous Edwin Jagger razor. It was half the cost of this new one and that just goes to say, "you get what you pay for." I'm loving shaving and it looks great on the Edwin Jagger stand designed for it.
Everybody knows how wonderful the Edwin Jagger DE89 is for shaving. But apart from being a great shaving tool, I'd like mention how remarkable is its craftsmanship. This safety razor looks like a more expensive razor. I am very happy with my purchase. By the way, the handle looks very slippery, but surprisedly is not. I wanted the knurled one, but it was not available. I am glad I purchased this one. It looks and feels awesome.

This is my current favorite shave soap. It lathers well and my face a nice slippery feel for the blade. It feels great on my face and I do like the sandalwood scent.
